• Members are entering into an agreement to have their Web site and content displayed across FiveStarAds.com and Majon International network of sites and across third party sites where required to deliver an agreed number of visitors to members’ Web site(s).
• By joining or purchasing the guaranteed traffic services, members agree to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement.
• FiveStarAds.com and Majon International aim to provide an exceptional service to all members. Our experienced and dedicated staff will always work to provide value for each and every member. • FiveStarAds.com members are entirely responsible for all information contained in their Web site(s). FiveStarAds.com and Majon International are not responsible for this information. Please ensure that the information provided is legal, accurate, and meets the requirements of this Terms of Service agreement.
• FiveStarAds.com members are not permitted to display Web content that contains, or links to a Web page that contains, information of an adult nature, pornography, promotion of illegal activities, racism, hatred of any kind, Warez, and objectionable material. Actions that violate this rule will not only result in the immediate termination of members’ account without refund but will also involve additional liability on members’ part. • FiveStarAds.com members are not permitted to display content that is misleading, inappropriate, offensive, slanderous, or that breaks any law governing advertising in the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or member countries of the European Union. • Under no circumstances is FiveStarAds.com or Majon International liable in any way for any content including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred because of the use of any content posted or otherwise transmitted via the service.
• FiveStarAds.com and Majon International reserves the rights to withdraw, withhold, remove, and/or suspend any Web site of content that may breech this agreement. Members will always be given the opportunity to amend the advertising so that it meets the requirements of this agreement. In the instance where members’ services have been terminated by Majon due to a violation of our stated use policies or other generally acceptable internet standards concerning a service, NO refund - either full or partial shall be due the members.
• FiveStarAds.com and Majon International assumes no liability for disruptions of the Service, including but not limited to vandalism, theft, Internet disruptions, extreme or severe weather conditions, or any other causes in the nature of "ACTS OF GOD" or force Majeure.
• FiveStarAds.com and Majon International do not provide members any rights to software or programming or coding.
• FiveStarAds.com and Majon International maintain limited liability for this service. It is limited to the amount that members have paid to us for the usage of the service.
• Only FiveStarAds.com members and companies that have established accounts with FiveStarAds.com may use the system. Allowing outside and unauthorized users to access members’ accounts is forbidden and will result in the termination of members’ accounts without refund.
• FiveStarAds.com and Majon International reserve the right to refuse service at any time to any company or individual for any reason whatsoever that has been deemed inappropriate by Majon and its network. Activities that do not facilitate the smooth flow of business shall lead to account termination.
• FiveStarAds.com and Majon International retains their right to delete or omit any or all information maintained on its servers, web sites and web serving equipment if Majon International determines thru independent means or in their own judgment, that the content is offensive or abusive, unlawful, libelous or the subject of disputes and/or controversy by any third parties.
• The information provided on all FiveStarAds.com, Majon and related domains is "as is" with all faults and without warranty or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice.
• FiveStarAds.com and Majon International make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness or the validity of any of the information contained anywhere in any of our online servers, web sites and domains, including those domain names controlled by others and housed on our serving equipment or housed on third party internet web servers.
• In no event shall FiveStarAds.com or Majon International be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost advertising or any indirect damages even if Majon International has been informed of the possibility thereof. Liability in any case shall not exceed the cost of any particular product or service offered by Majon International. Furthermore, all members are informed that they accept their own risk of loss of information and/or business due to power outages, equipment failures, malicious intrusions, and accidental deletions. Majon International maintains every effort to provide a high level of service so that such occurrences do not happen, however there are no guarantees (implied or expressed) that such incidents won't ever happen.
